All programs are based on the A-ha! Performance™ Model. With each client engagement A-ha! Performance delivers a compelling, entertaining and experiential learning process. Programs begin with an interactive learning presentation. The foundational framework and applications are reinforced with demonstration role play of the A-ha! approach as applied to client issues. Role play is based on specific steps for applying the A-ha! Model to the real-time issues facing the client - allowing a manager to see where and how to plan, focus and deliver performance changing conversations.
